Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted FRĒDA shoes, but if they aren't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place your unworn footwear in its original dust bag and shoebox, then pack it securely inside the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the pre-paid UPS return label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
