Where are Freda Salvador shoes made?
All of our shoes are designed in California and handcrafted in family-run factories in Spain and El Salvador, using the finest Italian leathers and high-quality construction.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, original condition items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I determine my correct size?
Most of our styles run true to size, but specific fit notes can be found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for boots and sizing down for loafers.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
